Why is Facebook saving photos THERE?

I got my Galaxy S5 in February of this year, and have applied every update they sent. I've saved a number of photos from Facebook (tap on pic, save, says photo saved to this device) but when I went to my Gallery to retrieve them, they weren't there. After much looking, I found them under My Files>Device Storage>DCIM>Facebook. But, I can't seem to find a way to save them to the Gallery, or redirect Facebook to save them to the Gallery. I also don't have a Downloads file in my Gallery. Can someone please help? Thanks!

The filepath for Facebook cannot be changed, unfortunately. Also, your Gallery is not a folder, and even those pictures Facebook is saving should appear automatically in the Gallery. Since this is in the DCIM folder, maybe it's under the Camera section of your Gallery. But they should appear there.
