Why is incallui not responding

When am calling incall UI not responding appears

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? How often does it happen? If it's frequent, try booting into Safe Mode and see if it still happens then. If the problem goes away, then something you installed is causing the issue -- you may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away. You could start with apps that have Phone permission.

You could also try clearing the app cache/data for the Phone app in Settings>Apps.
