Why is it that my Samsung Grand Prime switches off when i am making a call?

Why is it that my samsung grand prime switches off when i am making a call?

When i dial a number, press call. The phone reboots just when the phone rings on the receivers end.
Would i know what causes this?

Probably something wrong in either the firmware (you can reflash the ROM - see [Samsung] How to flash Stock ROM via ODIN) or a bad moherboard (which would have to be replaced).
