why is it when i try to turn on my s6 i get a blue background boot screen with pink lines?

When i try to start my phone i get a samsung galaxy boot screen that has a blue background with a weird pink grid. The phone then switches off. I cant get into recovery mode or safe mode either. It does this if i plug the phone in to charge too.

Turn it on, try to call it. If it rings, it's the screen, if not, it's the phone. In any case, sounds like a repair shop visit...
