Why is it when i turn on my phone that theres an ad that changes on my lock screen?

When i turn on my phone, the screen that appears first is not my original screen saver, its annoying ads that change, and behind it is the chrome and pictures button and two more, but when i click on any of them it goes to my original screen saver pic with my security pin pad?

What phone do you have, what version of Android is it running, what launcher are you using?

Are you running a Security app? a Launcher? I used to use 360 security app and Cm security before that and they had a option that would supposedly make your phone charge faster but it displays adds on locksreen.

If you have one of those security apps or battery saving apps click on it and go to the settings. there should be an option to turn the locksreen off in the app settings.
