First,
register an account here (it;s free), so you can post your answers here, instead of starting a new thread and explaining the question again.
Then tell us the make and model number of your phone, and the version of Android it's currently running. There are a few possibilities, but I won't bore you with a few things you won't understand, and that may not apply in your case. Once you've registered, you can make a post just asking "why", and we'll know what you're asking and how to answer you.
(And don't expect an immediate answer - you may not get one until tomorrow. Or Monday. This isn't a paid, "we get to you within 2 minutes", help site, it's a forum of users, some of whom are pretty new, some have been in the cellphone business, most somewhere in the middle. We don't get paid to sit here for 8 hours a day [although I'm usually here for about 4, but I'm retired], we do it because we enjoy helping people [and because we occasionally learn something new], so when someone who knows sees your answers to my questions, they'll answer you.)
