Why is my Android Wear 1 Hour Behind?

I have had my LG Watch Urbane connected to my OnePlus Two for a while but over the last few days I have noticed my watch showing the wrong time.

It is 1 hour behind.

My phone is right and my watch's time is synced to the phone.

The new Android wear app allows your watch to be set manually....and not take the time from your phone. Go into the settings and double check

Correction....the setting is accessed on your watch...not on the app on your phone
