Why APN setting option is missing

Hi,
I am using samsung galaxy s3 sprint mobile(SPH-L710) in India.Basically it is from USA.In India i am using reliance carrier with this device.For the internet speed it needs APN settings.But APN setting option is missing in my phone.Can some one say that how to enable APN setting?

It is possible that sprint disabled it. You might need to root to change it, if available for your phone
