Why is my apps stopped working

[Android Central Question]

When I login to a public wifi it says captiveportallogin bas stopped working I've reset my tablet and relogged into the wifi. I have have a galaxy tab E

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, and select CaptivePortalLogin. Tap Storage, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now see if the problem persists.
