Asus ME137X running slow

Hi, my Asus ME137X Tablet is running very slow. I have tried rebooting many times, turning off Auto-Sync, waiting overnight and see if it fixes it self, and clearing out some pictures or apps that I don't use. I don't want to do a factory reset, I have too much on there. YouTube, my browser, Instagram, and other wifi-apps run slow and hardly load. Is there a way to fix it, without doing a factory reset?

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.
