Why is my batter draining so fast and getting charged slowly?

My phone charging is ending very quickly. I have a gionee s6 pro I charge for whole night (10-12hrs) . It switches off at 40% and shows 0%. My phone is almost 2 yrs old. And even if i am not using the battery drains.

Sounds like the battery itself is bad and in need of replacement.
