Why is my battery draining in minutes?

My mobile is s3 and my battery is draining in minutes and it is charging very fast

It sounds to me, without expert knowledge, like a badly faulty battery. Take a look and see if it's bulging....if it is, remove it: it could damage the phone, and may have done so already. But even if flat, it may still be bad.
