why is my call volume low ?

I have samsung galaxy on 8 mobile.my question is that my call volume is very low.please help me.

Welcome to Android Central! Is it also low if you turn on speakerphone, or use a wired or Bluetooth headset?

I have the same problem the volume gets very low u can barely hear the other person, have turn the extra volume up or turn it on speaker. Just happens when u are talking on the phone for me. New phone less than 30 days, no damage.
