My cellphone's battery got swelled last week so I got it replaced with ORIGINAL BATTERY. But I am facing some drain issues! When I don't use my cell, its juice gets lost somewhere (no idea where). I do gaming and browsing stuffs but not so hardcore. Running as stock as possible with power saving settings and yes, ROOTED! AFTER CHARGING FULLY BATTERY LASTS FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS ONLY! Please HELP ME!!! Device-Micromax A121

1. Rooting has nothing to do with battery drain. (It's just one system file that Google left out.)

2. Your cell standby being the largest drain, and wifi being next (between them, they're using half the 78% of battery that was used), says that you have very weak cell and wifi signals. That causes the phone to run the transmitter at its highest power, eating your battery for lunch. It could be a bad motherboard, it could be bad firmware (the ROM), it could be a loose antenna connection. It has to go to a shop for diagnosis.

3. Try to never let the battery to get below 40% if you don't want to keep replacing batteries.
