why is my device not reciving data connection?

i dont know why my divce not receiving data connection from my sim i don't know how to solve this problem i have tride all the way to solve this, and i flashed my phone, but olso it's not working. tell me how to solve this problem.

Welcome to Android Central! Let us know the exact model number of the phone, and which carrier you're using it on. Phones aren't able to function on every single carrier out there -- they have to support the carrier's network bands.

If the phone is made for the carrier (same technology, same bands), bring the phone to the carrier for help. (An improperly-provisioned account can prevent a connection, and only the carrier can correct that.)

If it's not made for the carrier, or if you can't tell, then - as @B;Diddy said, tell us the exact model number of the phone and the carrier. (And, as @mustang7757 said, the only way you can do that is to register.)
