Why is my Droid Turbo Moto Voice not selecting the correct app I am requesting?

Droid Turbo Moto Voice Not Using Correct App

Moto Voice provides the ability to specify an app for use when saying the phrase "play music". I have selected Spotify, but MV launches Google Play Music.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
