Why is my front camera seeing red and buzzing?

I have an HTC one m4 mini. After owning it for a while I have come across a problem with my front facing camera. The screen is appearing to have a red tint and is duplicating what it captures making them blurry. But my top speaker is also buzzing when the front camera is on. Can anyone suggest a solution or source to my problem?

Best bet would be to take it to a repair shop - it sounds like a hardware issue on the phone, especially if the speakers are also playing up.

The speaker is probably buzzing because the camera is. The camera is probably buzzing because of a faulty focus mechanism (it's stuck and trying to go further, grinding the gear). As The Tall Guy said, it has to go to a shop. (Camera modules are surprisingly cheap, but the shop is going to charge a profit and labor. It still shouldn't be a terribly expensive job.)
