AC Question

I recently bought this phone and I have noticed that the battery is draining fast. The battery level dropped by almost 10% in 15-20 mins while I was just doing normal texting. I have used the phone in safe mode as well and in standby mode the phone just lasted for 24 hrs as opposed to 3 days of standby time as claimed by Samsung. So I was just wondering if there is an issue with my battery or with the phone or if this is normal in S6 edge plus?

All this happens because at least once your phone is rooted. Go to samsung care and ask them to rest the knox so that your phone will be able to go to deep sleep. And off course they gonna charge it.

Does this type of battery stats are common on s6 edge plus coz heard people say they are getting around 4-5hrs of SOT and 3.30hrs SOT on standby over aday

To be honest I think the S6 edge plus has something weird about it. Every user that I know all have battery drain issues. And I have 3 samsung phones. This phone drains so bad on standby.

I can't find any solution to it. I've even tried a S7 edge battery that I know should last way longer on the S6 edge plus that I have confirmed lasts well on a S7 edge itself and it still drains like crazy.

Even on a clean install with nothing on it it drains mad, even compared to a S6 (mind you I have it installed with lots of apps and don't use airplane mode on it) which has an even smaller battery.
