Why is my Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 randomly rebooting?

i have had my tab about 6 weeks, and around week 4 it started to randomly reboot, but it would only happen when i was watching movies that i placed on my memory card. now it happens all the time no matter what app im using, and it will continue to reboot until the battery dies it usually doesnt make it past the words samsung during the boot up when it will start the reboot sequence again. i have tried a factory reset, formatting my memory card, running it without my memory card installed. i have talked with the live chat for samsung and they want me to submit send it in, but before i send it off i was wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

Welcome to Android Central! Try also booting into Safe Mode, which prevents any 3rd party apps from starting up. If the reboots stop, then some app you installed may be causing the instability. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11558
