Why is my Google not responding

My Google chrome, music, plus, drive and YouTube and Google play, talk are all not in service. How can I fix that

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? Can you otherwise access the web, like with your browser?

Go to Settings>Accounts-Google>[your Google account], and make sure everything is set to sync. You could also try removing your Google account completely, then adding it back.
