Why is my Gpad stuck on the restoring screen?!?

[AC Question]

I've tried all types of rebooting bs but it is not WORKING. it's a brand new Gpad 7.0 but it has been loading for the past three to four days and idk what to do? It's on a blue screen that has the word RESTORING on it and a white box....somebody please help.

Welcome to Android Central! Were you even able to get to the Setup Wizard?

If it's brand new, don't waste any more time--take it back to where you got it and ask for an exchange.
