Why is my GT-s7560 shutting down with 85 of the battery?

[AC Question]

why doe m gt-s7560 shutdown with 85% of battery

it always shsuts down with no warning and buzzes but wont restart until connected to a charger - then it shows 83 to 85% of battery remaining - i'm only good for about two hours of idle time before it dies and about ten minutes of talk time before it dies.
