Why is my infinix note 3 asking for privacy protection password

My infinix note 3 pro displays privacy protection password, when i slot a new sim card into it please help me out.

Welcome to Android Central! Is this your SIM card, or did you get it from someone else? It sounds like somebody put a SIM lock on the card, so you need to contact either the previous owner of the card or the carrier to find out what it is.
