Why is my internal memory filling up so fast after I just cleaned ?

I just cleaned my Galaxy J7 Model number SM-J727T1 and it reverts back to 1.2GB being used out of the 2GB. But the problem is that immediately thereafter it turns to 1.4 and I can't send any texts. I keep cleaning disabling apps and deleting but nothing is working!! Please help!!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about internal storage or RAM? It's normal for RAM to be mostly full -- that's how Android prefers to work, and "cleaner" apps can often worsen performance, since they're working at odds with how the system is designed.
