Why is my Internal Storage getting low while I still have 30gb space available?

I receive a notifications that my Internal Storage is rushing out of space. When i checked , it still have 30gb available. I dont have much applications downloaded.whats wrong?

Which phone do you have? Do you receive that notification while using an specific app? In some phones you can get a low memory warning if you have too many sms for example. Give us more details and we'll try to figure it out.
