Why is my keyboard very sensitive?

I do not have to even touch the keyboard but with my finger off of the screen it will type the letter my finger is above. When trying to type in "port" I will get "poiuytrt".

Hello! You may have a type of flow enabled where you can swipe between letters to make words. Go to your keyboard settings and find a setting that says word flow or swype. Deactivate this. Good luck!
