Why is my mobile phone so much slower after I factory reset it

My phone is a TCL A509DL model and I factory reset my phone because I had changed some of the phone app's settings and also I thought it would speed up my network speed but its slower than ever before like super super slow. I don't use WiFi only 4G LET. Please help me

Did you restore your downloaded apps after the reset or is this with no downloaded apps on the phone?

Have you tried removing, cleaning, and reinserting the SIM?

Have you tried connecting to a wifi hotspot to test whether it performs better?
