why my mobile swip screen is disable?

ost of the time, my phone is with me - in my pocket or at my work area, so I don't need to use a pin or combination. I put in a pin for when it was needed (FoxFi) but now I can't get it back to swipe - the "Swipe" section is grayed out in the "Select screen lock" section and it says "Turned off by administrator, encryption policy, or credential storage."
Any idea what I need to do to get swipe access back?

Re: why my mobile swip screen is disable?

The wey around this issue is to Google Android device manager then sign in using your google password highlight your phone then click on Lock phone it will ask you to enter a new password once you have enter the new password you should be able to sign into your phone then go to settings and you will be able to use finger swipe or anyother method.

Hope this helps.

Nevermind mind if your device has a lock screen already set up it wont let you alter it anymore.
