Why is my Note 3 so app crazy?

It had over 300 apps loaded and a few menu's or parts of menu's missing or unselectable, when I had it wiped And reset by. Phone tech, but seems it's All starting again with option to clear credentials faded and unselecable straight away but amoung others now. It was also missing some default apps in the end but had fair few similar but slightly different spelling. Seems to want to use microphone and camera a lot as well as doing many other weird things.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that many of those apps got installed without your knowledge or approval? If so, I'd be concerned that you have some malware that was installed to the root, which can be very difficult to get rid of.
