Why is my phone getting slower and using more RAM?

I have a Xperia Z, C6603. I upgraded it from 4.1 to 4.3 and the RAM usage suddenly shot up from 770 Mb to 0.99 Gb. Looking forward to help. Thanks

hey buddy , there is a small little free app on google play store which you can use to solve this problem, download it from google play store HERE

You could use some app to do an analysis of that's consuming you memory. There some out there, like Android System Info, for example.
