Why is my phone is stuck in a loop trying to reboot?

I have a Galaxy S5 Active and it suddenly the screen went blank and it starts to reboot but it goes blank again and tries to reboot again. It is stuck in this loop.

A bad battery, or a software problem.

Welcome to Android Central! I agree -- the first thing to try is a replacement battery.
