Why is my phone making a ticking sound

[Android Central Question]

I can't hear any sound unless I plug in my headphones but when I go on a call or record a voice note , people can hear a ticking sound or loud buzzing and ringing sound , I can also hear it when I listen back to my voice notes , I've tried everything and it happened randomly . I also have an A10s samsung phone .

That may need repairer diagnosis.
It may be worth trying Safe Mode, but it sounds more like a hardware problem to me.

Welcome to Android Central! So the main speaker is already faulty, correct? It doesn't make any sound for anything? I agree with belodion, that would suggest some additional hardware problems.
