Why is my phone making crackling sound while in calls?

Please get rid of the severely crackling sound while receiving or making a call.For this hazard I have to keep my newly bought Nokia 6 smart phone unused for phone purpose.

Does the crackling sound also occur on speakerphone, or through a wired or Bluetooth headset?
