Why is my phone not turning on, and when I try to hard boot it why does it buzz continuously at me?

So one week, after I hadn't used my rooted Huawei for 2 days (which during that period it was shut down)I decided to boot it for a steam confirmation it decided to do nothing. I tried hard booting it, this resulted in it buzzing at me until I held down the power button for a nice long 15 seconds (ish). It hasn't booted once since that day. Please help!

Will it start in safe mode? Have you tried clearing system cache?
