Why is my phone SO slow?!

Hello, I have a CUBOT ZORRO 001, with a quad core 410 snapdragon and 1gb RAM, and it lags a lot.I did a factory reset less than a week ago, it is laggy again eve with only instagram facebook viber and messenger, I mean my friend also has 1GB RAM but it is no laggy at all even with a bunch of apps.The max free RAM my phone has free is 200mb, thats NUTS.

Ensure you close apps once you're finished using them, also try setting to manual updates to see whether this improves speed.
