Why is my phone stuck with a Cyanogenmod screen on my Galaxy S3?

my phone is stuck with a cyanogenmod screen galaxy s3

i tried flashing cm onto my rooted galaxy s3 using the oneclick app, and it's stuck on a screen that says cyanogenmod with the little blue guy and a rotating arrow. i've restarted it several times and volume up, home and power buttoned it (i dont know what the mode that puts it in is called) and it comes up the same. how can i fix this? i'm happy for it to go back to android or to cyanogenmod i just don't want it to be in the middle

I'm not familiar with the one click app. What firmware did you have on the phone before attempting to load CM?
Model number/carrier?

it was on Android 4.3, i9300t with telecom new zealand, but it's all good now, it just needed more time to boot into CM for the first time, thanks for your help
