Why is my phone talking?

I had a software update on my Samsung S3 the other day and now it is talking to me. Its telling me when my GPS Signal is lost and that I have new emails ect. How do I get this to stop?

Go to settings, accessibility and see if Talk Back is turned on.

It's not just light flow, but going to the light flow app page in the Play Store and reading the info regarding talk balk in the "what's new" or "app description" might help.

Thanks for the help. I checked and I don't see anyting for the light flow or anything related to light flow.

Yes I checked Drive mode too. It is off as well.

Like the pic above you might want to turn on Accessibility, uncheck the options and then turn it off again.
