Why is my Samsung giving me problems

Hi

Am using a s6 galaxy and i forgot my private mode pattern
How can i resolve this ?
And it's a pretty hard cause my fingerprint sensor is not working

Welcome to Android Central! From everything I've been able to find about Samsung's Private Mode, you have to do a factory reset in order to reset the Private Mode password. Sorry, but that's the consequence of forgetting an important password.

BTW, it's "Samsung," not "Sumsung."
