Why is my Samsung Note 2 phone freezing up?

I can be talking on it and it freezes on my end and on their end it hangs up. I try to get into an app and it freezes....it can just be sitting on my desk and it freezes.....help????

Do you have alot of apps installed?

Do you ever reboot your phone?
