Why is my Samsung S4 camera showing failed to intialize?

why does my samsung s4 camera show failed to intialize

each time I try to open the camera of my Samsung s4 it shows "camera failed to initialize" then after gallery stopped and when I tried looking for it in my application manager it doesn't read .what can I do?

Welcome to Android Central! Try wiping the cache partition: Reset: Samsung Galaxy S 4 | T-Mobile Support

If that doesn't help, consider doing a full factory reset. If that still doesn't help, then there may be a hardware problem, and you should contact Samsung, or bring it to a repair shop.

I too have same problem.but camera works properly..dont know whats d matter..but i feel some problem in camera clarity
