Why is my screen pictures look like shadows and very confused

Why my LG phone show pictures taken by the Camara look like negatives?

Would help if you told us which LG phone you have but it's most likely a setting in the camera settings was turned on by accident. Look in the effects settings and see if monochrome is on.
You might have to turn on the HDR mode to see that setting.

Have you tried restoring defaults? Check it again after doing so.
