why is my SSnote 8 giving me tingles in my hand and arm

[Android Central Question]

I have a SSnote 8 mobile phone and at certain times of the day if you run your finger along the side of the phone you can feel tiny vibrations. Now i can feel tingles like when you put you tongue to a two pronged battery. Why is this so.

What's an "SSnote 8"? Are you talking about a Samsung Galaxy Note8?
