Why is my tablet not detecting the OTG adapter?

[Android Central Question]

Im using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 lite to connect to my Logitech K240 by an OTG adapter. But recently the adapter wasnt being detected and i dont know why. I tried using a different adapter, it also didnt worked. I tried to connect it to my brothers samsung tablet and it worked fine, so i concluded that something might've happened on the device. I thought that something might've happened at the charging port but when i tried to charge it, it worked fine.

Welcome to Android Central! Try blowing out the USB port with a can of compressed air, then clean it out with a dry toothbrush.
