Why is my tablet taking days to charge and dying so fast?

[AC Question]

My android tablet has been on been on the charger roughly 36 hours and is only at 7%. I used it (still on the charger) for about 10 minutes tops before it died. I have no idea whats wrong. Please help!

What model do you have? How old is the tablet? Have you tried using a different charger? If you have, and you're still having the issue, it could be caused by a failing battery.
