Why is my touchwhiz home not recognized

Everytime I press my home key on my Samsung s4 it asks me to press touch whiz home or easy mode never stays

Try going to Applications Manager - All - Touchwiz Easy Home and clear default, then go to Touchwiz Home and ensure Default set (Clear Default button greyed out) m
