Why is my voicemail unable to update?

Voicemail unable to update

I recently got an LG G4 (previously had an LG G2), and am now unable to retrieve my voicemails for 24 - 48 hours. It shows me that I have a voicemail, but it says it is unable to update.

Welcome to Android Central! I'd start by discussing this with your carrier. They're the ones who handle your voicemail--it isn't your phone.
