Why is my Wi-Fi disconnecting and not staying on?

Last evening my Wi-Fi on my Droid Razr started disconnecting and will not stay connected. I have version 4.42 and understand there have been some issues but have just started seeing it. I have reset my router (other devices are fine) I have to turn Wi-Fi off then back on to get it to connect but it only stays on for less than 60 seconds. I do not have Bluetooth or Data turned on! This is very frustrating so I would appreciate any advice! HELP please!
