Why is my wifi say disabled

I don't have a router I just buy my wifi from Xfinity on my zte but the problem is it won't connect it says disabled. It's like it's trying to connect but it can't for some reason

Welcome to Android Central! In order to set up a wi-fi network at home, you need a router. If Xfinity supplied you with a modem, it's probably a combination modem/router; however, if you have your own modem, that might not be combined with a router. Can you describe your setup in more detail?
