Android Central Question

I recently acquired a Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro. When using my Mi True wireless headphones, I can only get the left headphone to work. Is this normal? Is it only a mono audio? I´ve searched google but can find nothing on this.

Or maybe the right bud failed? I just shipped off a pair if Jabra buds that had a failing left bud...

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried resetting the buds, forgetting them from the XCover Pro, then pairing them again?

I just tried that and moved the sound to the right earphone but now no sound from the left one. Weird! I tried it multiple times.

Well, I conducted a little experiment with my wife´s Tozo T-6 earbuds and they paired and worked just fine. My Mi True Basics are about 3 years old. Maybe something is new with the technology? I ordered a set of Tozo´s just like my wife´s.

Hi, welcome to AC!

3 years old maybe the batteries are degraded, see with new set you ordered.
