Why is the date and time wrong on my browser of my Samsung Core Prime?

why is the date and time wrong on my browser of my samsung core prime?

The browser time and date is out by one day and a few hours but i cant seam to change it all my apps such as facebook and accu weather whats app etc all are the same and if i use the automatic function on my clock setting its also wrong how do i fix????

Is it off on your device or is the device set to use the carriers date/time?
